Gelato the old-fashioned way made in small batches, with simple, premium ingredients. All of our gelato starts with organic locally sourced milk from grass fed cows, then we add egg yolks or heavy cream. Pistachios, Almonds, and Hazelnuts from Sicily, 100% Arabica Italian Espresso, 70% Valrhona Fair Trade Dark Chocolate.
