The total investment of $8,450 included not only catering, but also Venue rental for 15 hours, DJ for 10 hours, live saxophonist for ceremony and cocktail hour, staffing, rentals, charcuterie table, and multiple additional services. — a highly competitive price point for a wedding of this size in today's Florida market. For your wedding, a full-service package was provided, which included not only a complete menu for 100 guest (main dishes, appetizers, desserts, dinnerware, silverware, Soft Drinks beverages, Bartender & Basic Alcoholic Beverages & Frozen drinks piña coladas, margaritas, Catering Buffet Chafers Equipment, Tables, Rentals Chairs for ceremony & reception. For additional context, It is important to highlight that, in today's market in Florida, services such as a charcuterie table for 100 guests alone can cost $1,000 or exceeds, was included for approximately $250, reflecting significant at a reduced rate. Every detail was carefully planned to provide a high-quality experience at an accessible price. Regarding the concerns mentioned, all services were provided based on the agreed guest count and event plan. Regarding the situation mentioned with the wedding coordinator, we would like to clarify that there was no argument or confrontation. What occurred was a misunderstanding caused by a delay in the event timeline. The champagne service had been previously scheduled for 4:30 PM; however, the overall timeline of the event was delayed, which impacted the flow of service. Regarding desserts, all items were provided as agreed. We do not substitute products. Our team remained professional and followed the adjustments as the event progressed. We always strive to maintain clear communication and professionalism in every event, even when unexpected changes occur.
