Founded by Markie Darling, a proud daughter and passionate cook, the business was inspired by cherished memories in the kitchen with her father. Today, Daddy’s Girl BBQ serves up soul-filled, salt-free Southern BBQ that’s both comforting and health-conscious. From intimate family gatherings to large corporate events, every dish is made with care, seasoned with love, and served with a smile. We believe good food brings people together — and that’s exactly what we aim to do, one plate at a time.

What sets Daddy’s Girl BBQ apart is our unwavering commitment to flavor without compromise — especially when it comes to health. Unlike most BBQ caterers, our entire menu is crafted without added salt. Instead, we use our own line of homemade, salt-free seasonings to bring out bold, Southern flavors that satisfy every palate.

Retirement Celebration
Markie made the process seamless, from inquiry to execution, and she answered all my questions in a timely manner. She came onsite prior to the event to see the space and gave us advice on what was needed to facilitate her team. The team arrived on time to set up, and were very accommodating to our needs during setup and the event. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and portion sizes were great. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests. My company will definitely use Daddy's Girl Catering for future events!

Absolutely Delicious & Seamless Experience!
We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience! Daddy’s Girl Catering delivered not only incredible food, but also unmatched professionalism and warmth. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all of our guests—many of whom went back for seconds (and thirds!). From the planning stages to the day of our event, Markie and her team were responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. They worked seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, making the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for amazing Southern-style cuisine with heart and soul, look no further. Incredible food & flawless service!
We chose Daddy’s Girl BBQ for our wedding and went with their Asian-inspired menu and wow, it was a hit! The Korean BBQ wings, veggie stir-fry, and jasmine rice were packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Our guests loved the twist on traditional catering, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Creative, delicious, and absolutely memorable!
