Central College Catering caters on-campus and off-campus events year round. We work with many vendors and venues around the area to cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, family reunions, etc.
With over 30 years of experience, our team has catered numerous events throughout the years. We have been voted Best Caterer in the Best of the Red Rock Area voting for numerous years in a row. We are well-known for our food quality, reliability, and phenomenal service. We also do not charge any hidden fees or taxes - a huge savings for our clients!

Outstanding Catering Experience
Central College Catering continues to impress! We've partnered with them for two previous holiday banquets and most recently for Interpower Corporation's 50th Anniversary celebration on July 31st, 2025. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine friendliness. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, making the entire process seamless. Our employees and guests consistently rave about the delicious food and beautiful presentation. Highly recommended for any corporate or special event! Kudos!

My husband and I LOVED Central Catering. They were so helpful with food and beverage selection, and the service during our wedding was perfect. Our guests were also happy with the food. They accommodated any food allergies our guests had and answered all our questions. I'd totally use Central Catering again. Bryce and his team are awesome.
