Hello! I’m a professionally trained pastry chef who runs a cake and confections company in Brooklyn NY called Royal Bakeria. I have over 8 years of experience in the Baking and pastry/ culinary industry and a degree holder in Baking and Pastry Arts. I love that I get to bring joy and be apart of all my clients special events through my skills and talent.     Wonderful Wedding Cake

    Chef Arisha made a beautiful cake for our wedding in Brooklyn. It was just what I wanted. We did two tiers: carrot cake and red velvet. We got so many complements of how good the cake was. Everything was set up beautifully and delivered on time. Looking forward to ordering a birthday cake in the near future.

    Great quality and tasting products

    Chef and her team did an amazing job at our wedding. Our cake came out just perfect. The details were spot on and everything tasted delicious. She is definitely doing her thing!

    Great communication, Quality and Service

    I worked with Chef Arisha on an wedding reception that I brought her along to do the wedding cake and dessert menu. I received great feedback on the items she prepared. She was super alert, and is a great communicator. It was a great time working along with her and I plan on using her services more in the future.

    Great choice of dessert chef for our special day

    Chef Arisha did a great job 0n our wedding cake and our cupcake favors given to our guests. The red velvet cake was Devine, very moist and the Oreo cupcakes were a hit to our guests also. She will be doing more of our event in the future for sure!

    Great professionalism & communication

    I worked with Arisha from Royal Bakeria at a wedding reception in Queens NY two months ago. We coordinated a menu of desserts and drinks to pair for the wedding party. She was very punctual and respectful to work along with.
