Hello, I'm the owner and baker, and my journey began in a renowned Russian restaurant near the historic Red Square. There, I polished my culinary skills and even had the honor of cooking for notable figures, such as President Boris Yeltsin. Nearly 20 years ago, I moved to the USA, embracing the roles of both a mother and an artist. But my passion for cooking never faded, and this drive led me to open my very own bakery 🧁
