Meet the baker!

Ran by a dedicated nursing student, this small-batch bakery is where science meets sweetness. Dina began baking in her teens, but it was during the Covid pandemic that her passion truly took root. What started as a hobby became a calming creative outlet one she now shares with her community through personalized, handcrafted treats. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Dina continues to balance her studies with her love for baking, pouring care and comfort into every order.

Our cakes offer a unique taste in design and flavors that are sure to impress. Try our rose water cake sponge with raspberries or our silky pistachio buttercream - both are fan favorites! We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality ingredients to create delicious, one-of-a-kind cakes that are perfect for any occasion. Delicious Cupcakes for Our Wedding!
Dina from Darchin Bakery came to our rescue when we forgot to book a cake for our wedding. She provided us with the most mouthwatering cupcakes that saved the day! The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn't get enough. My personal favorite was the chocolate flavor. The cake was moist and the chocolate frosting was heavenly. Dina's attention to detail was impressive. The cupcakes were beautifully decorated and added an elegant touch to our dessert table. We were blown away by the presentation. Dina was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, accommodating, and made everything perfect on short notice. We can't thank her enough. We currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan options, but we can accommodate certain dietary restrictions such as nut allergies. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requests or concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

The cost of our cakes depends on the size, design, and complexity of the cake. Please contact us for a custom quote. In general, wedding cakes start at $6 per slice and up.

We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability. For weddings, we recommend booking as soon as possible to reserve your date.

Yes, we offer delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us for delivery options and pricing.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cake tastings at this time. As a home bakery, we are not able to make cakes specifically for tasting purposes. However, we are happy to provide photos of our previous work and answer any questions you may have to help you make an informed decision about your cake. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, we offer cake stands and other accessories for rent. Please contact us for more information.

We use Swiss meringue buttercream for our cakes, which is a delicious, less sweet alternative to American buttercream. Swiss meringue buttercream has a light and fluffy texture, similar to whipped cream, but with more stability, making it perfect for outdoor events like weddings. We do not use fondant to cover our cakes, but we may use it for decoration. Thank you for considering our bakery for your cake needs!
