Virginia “Gini” Dragoslavic, a classically trained pastry chef, is distinguished for her mastery of French techniques and the art of lifelike sugar florals. With a profound dedication to elegance and artistry, Gini creates bespoke cakes that elevate life’s most cherished moments into unforgettable, edible masterpieces. After 5 years of pastry school in both the US and France, she refined her craft training under world-renowned sugar artist Maggie Austin. This is where she fell in love with creating life-like, hand-crafted sugar flowers. This skill has become a signature element of her designs.
