I’m Ludo, co-founder of Sorsi. We started the spritz cart to bring a piece of Italy to Florida, creating something unique that you won’t find anywhere else. With Florida’s beaches and endless summers, the Sorrento-inspired colors of our cart bring vibrancy and style to any event. We offer a full-service bar, from handcrafted spritzers to cocktails, wine, and more, all tailored to fit your vision. My goal is to make this part of your wedding planning easy and seamless so you can focus on enjoying your big day. If budget is a concern, reach out anyway, we’re here to make it work for you.

This package includes a curated selection of wines: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, a Super Tuscan (aged Italian red blend), and our House Red Sangria. It also features our signature Spritz options: Hugo Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, and Aperol Spritz. Custom Spritz creations are available upon request to personalize your experience. The package is priced at $30 per guest, with flexibility to accommodate as many guests as you’d like.

    Spritzboyz were the best!

    Recently hired the Spritzboyz for a donor thank-you event and will definitely be hiring them again! It was so easy to book with them and they literally took care of everything. The set-up is so cute and the service was outstanding. Can’t wait to have them at our next event.

    Spritz Boyz

    Spritzboyz

    We went to Bavaro's Downtown during one of the Spritz Bar events lead by Ludo, Naza and Taylor. Their sense of hospitality was well received. The decor around the bar was very appealing, creating a friendly atmosphere and a memorable experience. We tried their housemade Limoncello, Aperol & St. Germain (Hugo) Spritz, featuring Winestream Prosecco. The quality of their product exceeded all expectations. Go get your spritz!!

    Had a great experience with Spritzboyz! The drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and communication throughout was clear and professional.
