After years in the hospitality industry, I recognized a need for experienced, reliable bartenders who could elevate any event. That's why I founded Solo Pour—to remove as much of the stress of such a big day and allow you to enjoy your wedding alongside your guests.

I've been in the hospitality industry for over a decade, but I've been focusing on weddings for the past two years. So far I've done 40 weddings and counting, and every time has been awesome couples and families coming together! I do anything from just beer and wine to full custom open bar packages. All syrups, infusions, and specialty items are done in house to ensure flavours are perfect! Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!

Description

This package is the most basic; including beer service, wine service, and basic drinks. This package has bar equipment, a bar set up, coolers, ice, cups, cut fruit, and 1 bartender. It is $80/ hour with 3 minimum hours of service, plus 1.5 hours for set up and clean up.

Premium

Price$450

Description

Premium package is the package for couples who want a few more options for guests. This package includes everything from Standard, plus 1 custom cocktail. Anything included in the custom cocktails will be provided by SoloPour, as well as 1 type of juice for another option other than the custom cocktail. Premium is $100/ hour with a 3 hour minimum, plus 1.5 hours for set up and clean up.

Description

Elite is for couples who want a full bar vibe for their guests. This package is the least amount of worry for the couple, as SoloPour brings almost everything to the table. Elite has everything from Premium and Standard, as well as 3 types of juice, 3 custom cocktails, and soda water. This package is $130/hour for a minimum of 3 hours, plus 1.5 hours for set up and clean-up.

VIP package is for couples that want a full bar with as little pack up as possible. It includes everything from the Elite package, as well as 3 sodas to choose from and 2 bartenders to ensure guests aren't ever waiting for the attention of a bartender. VIP is a set price, and includes 4 hours of service, plus the base set up charge, the half hour for set up, and the hour for clean up.

Great service
SoloPour provided excellent bar services and beverages for our wedding. They were quick to respond to all of our questions, and their communication was clear and helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of, their friendly staff made sure my husband and I always had a cold drink in hand, which was greatly appreciated during the busy celebration. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly great. We highly recommend SoloPour to any couple looking for top-notch bar services for their wedding.

Amazing Custom Drink Recipe!!
Kameron really went above and beyond for us on our wedding day! Our guest loved our signature drinks (from a unique recipe with quality ingredients from Kameron!), the bar was ran efficiently. We can't recommend Solo Pour enough!

Yes. Travel is included up to 50 miles for an event, then every mile after that is $.75. If the event is further then 4 hours there will also be a hotel room added into the travel fee as well. For example, from Athens, GA to Charlotte, NC is would be $275.

Tastings have been done in the past, and can be arranged. Tastings will have to come to me in Athens, GA and are free for the couple.

At a minimum I always bring my most important piece of equipment...my smile! I supply as much as possible to give the couples the least amount to take home. This includes, but is not limited to: Cups, ice, napkins, straws, coolers, a bar set up, fresh cut fruit, containers for fruit, bar equipment, table cloths, trash cans and bags, display ice bins, and more!

I do not. Due to federal law for mobile bartending I cannot supply the liquor. I will always be willing to go pick up anything from the stores so long as it has been ordered and paid for ahead of time, and I will both unpack it for the event, and repack everything once the event if over for ease of transport. Shopping lists are included in every package, and include exact amounts of alcohol needed, and how many servings are in each area. This keeps the budget where it needs to be!

I always would like to meet clients at least once prior to the event, be that over facetime or in person depending on travel restrictions so we can set up base expectations. I will never hold it against anyone if they don't have time to do this as weddings are incredibly busy and stressful so if you want to leave most of the planning up to me as well, you are in good hands. If you like a bit more control (like I did when I was planning my own wedding) you can contact me as often as necessary!

I have a minimum of 3 hours, as most weddings go for longer than that, but some other events do not. If you are holding a rehearsal dinner the night before or brunch the day after, those normally take about 2-3 hours. Minimum doesn't include set up or breakdown.

Generally you can book my services same month, but during busy seasons I would recommend at least 3-4 months ahead of the date.

I service Athens, GA and anywhere within an hour for free. I also service SC, NC, AL, TN, FL, and many more for an additional fee!

I do not have any automatic gratuity in my pricing as I believe gratuity is a choice. However, all events will have a tip jar on display. If you don't want a tip jar out we can discuss an automatic gratuity.

I am TIPs certified, ServSafe certified, and I carry general liability insurance for up to $2,000,000.

Yes, a 20% deposit to secure the date is required. Deposit is due within a week of signing the contract otherwise the date is forfeit. Deposits are non-refundable, but do apply to the final balance.
