About Strand Hill

Strand Hill

We're Kendra and Emory — a husband-and-wife duo based right here in Gunnison Valley. Weddings, cocktail hours, rehearsal dinners, and your favorite local bar — we bring an eclectic mix of indie folk, classic rock, and feel-good originals everywhere we play.

We met through a mutual love of music. Kendra was singing in a bluegrass band in Boulder, and Emory wandered in off a climbing road trip. We've been making music together ever since. Now we call beautiful Crested Butte home — and there's nothing we love more than bringing live music to the moments that matter most.

    Ceremony Music

    Kendra and Emory provided the music for our wedding ceremony, and they were absolutely perfect for our day! They were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. Their music is beautiful and they were so easygoing to chat with as we found the right music and made plans. They are professional, personable, and very on-point with their instincts for what to play and when.
