Our band typically arrives dressed to impress, with suits for the gentlemen and elegant dresses for the ladies. If your event has a more relaxed atmosphere or a specific dress theme, we are absolutely happy to match the vibe. Just let us know your preference and we’ll gladly accommodate.

Do you learn new songs?

Absolutely! Soul Amazing is always excited to learn 3-5 special songs just for your event. We simply ask that any song requests be submitted at least 3 months before your date so our musicians have enough time to review the arrangement, learn their parts, and schedule any necessary rehearsals. That way your requested song will be fully prepared and performance-ready for your big day.

Do you take music requests?

Yes! Soul Amazing loves hearing which songs you and your guests enjoy most so we can include as many of your favorites as possible in our set lists. Along with your requests, we also incorporate plenty of our proven dance-floor favorites to keep the energy high and the celebration filled with nonstop dancing all night long.

Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes we do! The musicians of Soul Amazing are not only highly trained performers, but many are also outstanding jazz musicians. Whether you’d like classical or contemporary music for your ceremony, we can provide the perfect soundtrack. For cocktail hour, we can also perform smooth jazz, easy-listening soft rock, or even acoustic pop and R&B favorites to create the ideal atmosphere for your guests.

How early do you come to set up?

As a general standard, Soul Amazing typically arrives about 2 hours before the start of your reception for equipment load-in. During that time we complete our setup and conduct a full sound check in the performance space before any guests enter the room. This ensures that everything is perfectly prepared and show-ready by the time the celebration begins
