You know that one place that everybody fears: standing in a spotlight in front of a group of people, holding a microphone in their sweaty palm while looking into the face of an awaiting audience? Public speaking! Well, that scary place is the one place I feel most comfortable. My passion is to charm your audience with the same personality as if it were you standing in front them.

My South African accent sets me apart for sure. But, apart from that... I bring my 15 years of experience as an international standup comedian to the event world. Since moving to SoCal, I have worked more than 800 weddings and events, and have earned the trust of countless coordinators, couples, and many of the biggest names in business by carrying their big event day successfully... and earning over 120 five-star reviews. My goal is to make sure every guest leaves saying that was the best wedding/event they have ever been to. To that end, I make sure to provide a level of professionalism and care that I would if it were my own event.

    Unforgettable DJ!

    We hired David for our daughter's wedding after meeting him at a vendor event. He is very personable, easy to communicate with and made the entire event memorable. He understands the crowd he's playing to and makes everyone want to be on the dance floor. Highly recommend!

    If I could give 1000 stars! The Best DJ, MC!

    Where to start? We saw David at a wedding of our friends out in California and we knew we needed to have him at our wedding in Columbia, SC. He agreed to travel, Helped with the equipment I'd need to rent and was super responsive. He has a worksheet of things for the couple to fill out to make sure you are all on the same page music, and taste wise. Like anything the devil is in the details and this is where David and his wife Andrea SHINE. He works a room, he can gauge when the music needs to be turned up to get people moving and his MC skills are on point. Even having the grooms back when a grandfather inadvertently bashed his new grandson :). When I say these two are the nicest people I have met I mean it. My bride got stung by a hornet after the ceremony but before reception and Andrea his wife came rushing over to help her and had an essential oil combination to fix it. I really don't think our wedding would have been the same without them. Everyone commented how amazing he was. Look no further. Book HIM. I promise you wont be disappointed.

    Exceptional!

    David was fantastic! Easy to work with, a consummate professional, and a tremendous DJ. Has a great personality that brought extra fun to our magical day and kept our guests laughing and enjoying themselves all night long. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    The star of the show!!!

    David was the EmCee for my wedding and was the real star of the show! (Okay I guess my wife was, but whatever.) He was instrumental in helping us keep the flow of our wedding go off without a hitch. He got a bunch of old white people shaking their booties with 90s dance music and The Spice Girls. (He asked permission for that one ahead of time.) On a serious note, I asked David to make sure I didn’t make a fool of myself at my own wedding and he memorably told me “I’ll wrestle you to the floor if I have to!” David was truly great. I’m so grateful to have him as part of our memories and to have had him running the show on our special day.
