Above and Beyond—Truly Exceptional DJ Experience
We had an incredible experience with Chicago Top DJ, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a wedding. From the moment things started, John brought amazing energy and kept everyone engaged throughout the entire event. What really stood out was how well he read the room. The music felt perfectly tailored to the crowd, transitions were seamless, and he created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that kept people on the dance floor and fully in the moment. One of the most memorable parts was when he brought in a live sax player toward the end of the set. It completely elevated the experience and added such a unique, high-end touch that guests are still talking about. Beyond the music, John was professional, easy to work with, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you’re looking for a DJ who goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, Chicago Top DJ is an amazing choice. Highly recommend.

AWESOME DJ
Firstly, I'd like to share how amazing of a job John did at our wedding. I am particularly picky of what songs play and at what time they play. John does an outstanding job picking songs from our playlist and keeps your crowd moving and dancing. Secondly, we hired John as a DJ. BUT on top of that. His planning style and coordination was top tier. We felt like we had a second day of coordinator throughout the whole process. John makes sure EVERYONE (vendors, wedding party, bride and groom) is on top of the timeline. I'd also like to share that his set up was outstanding. It kept the vibes very high at our wedding. The lighting, the sound, the MC'ing. He does it all. We were EXTREMELY happy with John and I'd happily recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hardworking, genuine, professional and FUN DJ/Coordinator. My wedding night
My experience with Chicago Top DJ was amazing. From the very first interaction we had with John, he was on top of his stuff. You might as well call him a wedding planner as well. This man went above and beyond to make our wedding night unforgettable. There were things that my wife and I totally didn’t even think of and were very impressed. Aside from the DJing, John was so well organized and came up with an entire timeline of our wedding, even for the church where only we would be there! The whole process was great as well. He would give us multiple music style playlists and have us favorite the ones we liked. Then he’d give us an even more refined playlist based off our favorites! The whole experience was cool and made it that much easier for planning the wedding. The wedding night itself was insane! We let him read the crowd and we personally wanted a club/dance vibe all night and he gave us that and then some! We never stopped dancing from the time the music went on to the time it stopped. He also was great at NOT taking others music requests unless we specifically gave the verbal okay to do so. I would definitely recommend Chicago Top DJ, more specifically John, and would use him for any potential big events in the near future!
