Around Town
My wife Sara and I truly could not recommend Around Town more highly. They were absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end and completely exceeded every expectation we had. As someone who has played musical instruments my entire life (piano, violin, and saxophone), I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with their musicality. The singers were powerful, polished, and incredibly engaging. The instrumentalists were tight, dynamic, and clearly at the top of their game. Every song sounded intentional and expertly executed. They didn’t just play songs, they performed them, and it was very clear they have worked with each other countless times as a team. They kept the dance floor packed all night, reading the room perfectly and sustaining an incredible level of energy from start to finish. Beyond their talent, they were amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were responsive, organized, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure everything reflected exactly what we envisioned. They made the entire entertainment process seamless and stress-free. Our venue had a somewhat unconventional room layout (dining room and dancing room were slightly separated by a foyer in between), and they handled it flawlessly. They moved musicians around throughout the night so they could be heard clearly in different spaces, which made a huge difference in maintaining the energy across all the rooms. That level of awareness and adaptability really stood out. One of the most unforgettable moments of the night was when they surprised us by performing Che La Luna fully in Italian. Our guests went absolutely wild - the room erupted into singing, dancing, and celebrating - it instantly became one of those magical wedding moments, and I'm sure our family and friends will remember it for years. It felt so personal and so special. If you’re even considering booking Around Town - please do it! They are world-class musicians, consummate professionals, and they made our wedding unforgettable! We truly could not recommend them more!

Amazing Band
The actual band that showed up was phenomenal!!! Cannot say enough fantastic things about them! I took a star away for the experience leading up to it. There was not a final meeting or phone call before had to go over things just a spreadsheet to fill out. So when I had changes or questions leading up to it, it was met with some condescending responses from Adam. I still would highly recommend this group because the day of was great but just know if you want things you have to hold your ground a little bit or take it on yourself to create an earlier check in then I did.

Best band ever!
Around Town Entertainment - specifically, the Around Town Band, performed for our wedding reception and it was the highlight of our entire day! We hadn't heard them live before, but were so confident in the videos we saw online and other reviews that we thought it would be worth it to go with them regardless and I am SO happy we did. Multiple guests had come up to us throughout the night saying it was the best wedding band they'd ever heard. They truly know how to read the room and keep the flow of the night moving smoothly. I couldn't be more grateful for having them play at our wedding as it truly made our wedding the best day for us. Thank you so much Around Town!! You were unforgettable :)

Best band in the business!
Around Town Entertainment – A List Band completely made our wedding unforgettable. From the moment we walked in to the very last song, they did not stop for a second. Every guest was on the dance floor, and it was impossible to clear it even for our parent dances—we actually had to push them back because the energy was just too high! The band nailed every song. Their talent and professionalism were clear from start to finish, and the entire process of planning and booking with them was seamless. They listened to our vision, coordinated perfectly, and executed everything flawlessly. Guests couldn’t stop asking for their information—so many have already booked them for their own weddings, and some even want to switch bands to ours! They kept the energy up all night, reading the room perfectly and creating a fun, unforgettable experience for everyone. If you want a band that will keep the party going from start to finish, play every song flawlessly, and make your wedding feel electric, Around Town Entertainment – A List Band is absolutely the one. We couldn’t recommend them more!

A MUST BOOK!
My husband and I are both musicians, as were many of our wedding guests, so when we were looking for a band to play at our October 2023 wedding in shoreline CT we knew we wanted an established band of kick-butt musicians. We had an initial phone call with Adam and immediately hit it off as fellow musicians! We knew we didn't want line dances or cliche wedding reception songs, and Adam was fully on board. He also mentioned how Around Town is different from other wedding bands - they have played together for years, where other companies just throw together contracted musicians for specific events who might not have ever played together before the day of your event. We loved the transparency about this, and immediately decided to book the Around Town Band, Adam's personal band. They played all through cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Our guests were already SO impressed by the time we got to dancing, but then we (the band, my husband, and I) surprised them by performing all together! I know it took extra work for the band to learn our requested song in order to surprise our guests, but I had no idea they had also coordinated with my brother (also a musician) to surprise ME with a song! Around Town really went above and beyond to make our wedding reception something out of our dreams. They are true musicians who completely set the tone for our guests - we are still getting compliments a year later, saying that Around Town made the night and is the best wedding band our guests have heard. If you want a band who will knock your guests' socks off, keep everyone dancing literally all night, and impress the musicians in your life, this is the band for you! Some tiny things I would say as a critique/heads up to other couples - we did not receive a set list in advance and communication was a little spotty. One of my main concerns for my wedding was that there would be songs played that I didn't know, so a set list a month or so before the event would have definitely eased those nerves, however one was never promised to us. That being said, we did extensively highlight the song list the band sent us early on to determine what songs they already knew that would fit our vision, so I think the vibe of what we were looking for was pretty clear, and in the end not a single song I didn't know was played! Communication was also a little tricky - we totally understand that the band would be very busy with events on top of keeping up with email communications, but we were sent a link to pay the remainder of our balance before some previous emails with questions were answered - it felt a little backwards and at the time really stressed me out, but it was more than made up for by the wedding day experience itself. Thank you, Adam and team, for being the BEST wedding band we could possibly dream of!
