“We used beautiful Crazy, specifically Connie as our wedding coordinator/planner through the entire process. It was very early on in our 12 months of planning, that we knew we needed to have a coordinator. My wife is very Type A. And I knew we needed to find somebody who could also match that level of detail and structure. Connie exceeded our expectations. We had many meetings during the year of planning, even some where she was sick and still willing to get on a call with us. She always came to every meeting prepared and ready to go over every little detail. It provided myself and my wife a lot of ease because we knew that Connie had it. Everything was laid out in a document very easy for us to reference. Every inspo picture, every color choice, every vendor, and every moment in the timeline all laid out very easy to see. During the planning phase, she was fantastic! Then the day of our wedding arrived. A day that has a tendency to be filled with some stress and anxiety before the wedding even starts, but me, I had none. I was marrying my best friend, and I knew that the wedding was going to go perfectly smooth because Connie was there. She took care of setting everything up, communicating with vendors, having drinks ready for us as soon as we entered the reception, and even going as far as making our plates of food. Before the event started, she came up to me and immediately asked if I needed anything, asked how I was feeling, and told me if there was anything I needed to let her know. She also told me, that we were her third event of the weekend, and she hadn’t slept from the event the night before, because they had to get in the car and drive a few hours to us. But you couldn’t even tell. Her dedication, her commitment to the couple, and the attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. She helped deliver what is now one of the most magical days in both of our lives. If you’re looking for anybody to help out with your wedding, to make your day even more special and to hopefully take some stress off of you, I cannot recommend enough beautiful Crazy, specifically Connie!”

“First advice about weddings I heard was, "if you can, get a wedding planner". But, I didn't get just a planner, I got Ruban Bleu! They were exactly what I needed on my day and preparing for my day. Our wedding was on a smaller scale and a smaller budget than some of the weddings profiled on Ruban bleu website. And yet, we never felt like less of a priority to them. They gave us the same attention to detail and support as I'm sure they give all their couples. We worked with Lizzie Torrance for our Williamsburg Wedding at Misi Restaurant in April, and can't recommend her and RBE enough. Like our wedding was literally 2 days ago and we couldn't wait to write this review. Lizzie is the ultimate professional, handling everything timely, seamlessly, and calmly - literally all the things you want AND need during this time. RBE had a very comprehensive set of tools and resources for the planning process, and sent just the right amount of reminders and recaps to keep us on track without being overwhelming. She coordinated and communicated with vendors and was super adept at filtering to us only what we needed to weigh in on. On the day, Lizzie and the RBE team were on it, managing the people, multiple venues, timeline, and all the behind-the-scenes details we probably didn't even know were happening so that we didn't have to think or worry about anything. “The Get Together Events Co. (TGT) was the easiest and best (after saying 'yes'!) decision of our wedding planning process. We worked closely with Lauren (founder) until she did the "official hand-off" with our onsite manager, Kate, a couple of days before our wedding once all final details were in place. Kate had been included in all communications leading up to this and she didn't miss a beat. The hand-off was seamless! The spreadsheets, checklists, vendor emails and phone calls—everything generated by TGT—was so incredibly helpful in keeping us on track and not overwhelmed. They really helped us to be able to enjoy the last few weeks before our wedding by managing all of the vendor questions and final set-up details. Lauren's upbeat, friendly personality was wonderful as well! she could always put a smile on my face and made us laugh. On wedding day, Kate was our manager and Kristen her coordinator. There could not have been 2 more wonderful, sweet, attentive, helpful, thorough and just plain awesome people to be there overseeing everything like the magical angels that they are. They were both so helpful to my husband and me separately in the morning while getting ready, all through the day and night with making sure everything made it back to our hotel room...including packaging up food for a late night snack! They managed running our rehearsal with military precision and kept us on track time-wise throughout the wedding. We have no idea if there were mishaps "behind the curtain" as everything appeared to run seamlessly. I could list 1,001 other things they took care of for us. Our wedding was simply the best day of our lives (it's cliche for a reason!), and I'm confident in saying that it was so because TGT was there by our sides. Lauren, Kate, Kristen and TGT will always hold a special place in our hearts as we are so, so thankful for them. We cannot recommend The Get Together Events Co. highly enough. Thank you, TGT!”

I truly cannot overstate how incredible she was to work with - she made ALL the difference in the day and how smooth it yet. We kept a moderate budget for a traditional wedding and did a lot of it with the help of friends and family, and I truly think that the outcome being SO good was partly because of Courtney. She was so well worth adding that line item in our budget. Her knowledge, sunny and cheerful attitude, efficiency, and thorough attentiveness made it so we could actually enjoy our wedding, instead of worrying about anything else or any little issues. Having a professional makes all the difference. She just made it all happen. If you want to relax on your wedding...she's your gal! My husband was very hesitant and resistant to having a coordinator and his view on it has completely shifted because of how great she was. She also took some fun photos for us that turned out so cute, and we have those in addition to our photographer and videographer. “We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.”

“We got married at Mill Pond Estate last month (March 2026), with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Hotel Haya. I feel like the only two absolute necessities for your wedding weekend are the person you’re in love with and Wilder Mind Events. I cannot imagine planning and having a wedding without them. When we first got engaged, I was extremely intimidated at the idea of planning a wedding for 120-150 people and had no idea how to make it all come together. There are so many moving parts and options, and you just want everything to be perfect, it’s very overwhelming. For a stressy girl like myself, I needed a team I could trust completely, and that is what I got. Demi was a godsend for keeping us on track with booking vendors and putting things on our radar that we didn’t even know we needed. The day of the wedding she was like a fairy god mother getting me anything I needed and making sure the timeline stayed perfectly on track. Delaney is an absolute pro at bringing a cohesive look together across the whole venue. It’s like she reaches into your brain and pulls out a vision you want but can’t properly describe with words, then brings it to life on your special day. Everything turned out even more beautiful in real life than I was imagining it. We took every recommendation they provided for vendors, and ended up being SO happy with every single one. It felt like they all were part of a single company how seamlessly they all worked together. I couldn’t believe how many people came up to me towards the end of the night or the next day and told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Like, when one person says that you think they’re being nice or maybe they haven’t been to a lot of weddings but SO many people told us that. I was like wait… did we just throw the best wedding ever?? WME crafted the most beautiful, fun, organized, well-planned day for us and our guests. 11/10 recommend if you want to have a wedding day you will actually enjoy instead of stress over.”

About wedding planners

How much does a wedding planner cost?

On average, a full-service wedding planner can cost between $3,000 and $10,000. It depends on where you live and where you’re getting married. Planners in areas with high costs of living, like New York City and San Francisco, may charge upwards of $20,000. If you’re having a destination wedding, consider using a planner local to the area—you’ll avoid paying extra for travel, accommodations, and meals. Day-of coordinators cost less. They may have a flat fee between $1,000 and $5,000, or charge hourly. Always ask about pricing up front so nothing comes as a surprise later.

What do wedding planners do?

Think of wedding planners as jack-of-all-trades experts when it comes to weddings. Many offer different levels of service to meet your needs. If you just want day-of coordination, for example, your planner will be there to make sure your ceremony and reception go off without a hitch. This may mean setting up vendors or directing your wedding party and guests to make sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time. On the other end of the spectrum, full-service planning may involve:

Starting the planning far in advance
Budget management
Coordinating with your venue
Recommending vendors and negotiating contracts
Staying on top of trends and making suggestions
Ironing out all-important last-minute details

Should we get a wedding planner?

Planners are great resources and can make planning your wedding much less stressful. If you’ve got the budget, a wedding planner is well worth the investment. Planners offer different service levels at varying price points. Choose the amount of help and cost that makes the most sense for you. At the bare minimum, you need someone (hired or delegated) to help manage the event day-of so you will be able to enjoy yourselves without worrying about too many logistics. If you decide to enlist a friend or family member to take on this role, keep in mind that this person will need to prioritize your needs over their own, and will no longer be attending or enjoying the wedding simply as a guest.
