My love for nature began early, surrounded by vibrant landscapes and the orchids my father grew. My inventive grandparents sparked my curiosity and appreciation for beauty. My path has been far from linear—studying literature and education, working as a medical interpreter and Spanish teacher, then moving into IT as a Software Test Engineer. Each chapter shaped my design style: disciplined, intentional, and story-driven. Floral artistry became the place where creativity, precision, and emotion meet. Through Roxana Figueroa Design, I create refined, personal floral experiences that transform moments into art.

It is always such a privilege to be included in someone’s wedding day, and that is something I will ever take for granted. I have a background in fashion and retail, and was certified in the art of makeup at Elizabeth Grady in 2006. I have spent the last 8 years freelancing, and specializing in bridal and special event makeup. While I love a wide variety of makeup looks, my ultimate favorite look to do is a soft glam.
