From picking flowers in my mom’s garden, to working in a flower shop in Boston right after college, then tackling florals for my own wedding in 2021, and eventually freelancing for event florists around Maine - I fell head over heels for wedding florals!

Maine's only greenhouse event venue exclusively designed for wedding receptions and ceremonies. 2021 marks 72 years of Highland Farm’s history in Scarborough, Maine. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Highland Farm is a family owned and operated business, and the undeniable sense of family and welcome energy is palpable the moment you step on the grounds. We're a married (to each other) pair of photographers in Portland, Maine - Will and Lucia are our names. We've been shooting weddings together for almost 20 years, and we've got a showroom where you can browse dozens of albums, or an online gallery of hundreds of weddings. Will's images have stronger direction and more impactful lighting, and Lucia's images are softer in feeling and capture candid moments.
