To start, Matt was incredibly communicative and responsive during the initial planning stages, promptly responding to e-mails and joining several Zoom calls leading up to our event. We had a vision for our special day and they accommodated each and every one of our requests. On the day of they arrived early and did the necessary prep work to ensure they were fully situated to provide our guests with the night of a lifetime. They took special care to accommodate our unusual first dance request, song recommendations, and the ambiance we sought to instill. We had a wide array of guests and the overwhelmingly consistent feedback we received was that the band was AMAZING. No exaggeration - the majority of our guests said they were the best band they'd ever experienced. “Okay brides just book them!!! I wish I could do 200 stars because that’s what they deserve. The amount of people who came up to us through out the night to comment on the music was the most rewarding feeling, because I completely agreed! The combination of live acoustic, with dj is so unique, stood out to everyone, and was worth every penny. The planning process with them was so easy, and they even put my mind at ease by just sharing their insights, while also listening to what we wanted. Joseph perform our first dance song live, which was my favorite part- it wasn’t your typical “slow” song, but we loved it anyways and he really executed it beautifully. We were all in awe of the whole experience. I ALMOST didn’t have them incorporate the live sing a long at the end, but after they described the vibe on our last call I changed my mind and let me say- I’m so glad they did it. One of my friends told me they felt like they were at a concert. We wish we could relive that night over and over again. He had everyone on their feet dancing from our younger crowd of friends and cousins to our older family and friends. You know it’s a good party when you have a dachshund do the limbo and the men’s ties transfer to their head haha. We got SO many compliments on the DJ from our guests! Additionally, Sid did a fantastic job with the ceremony and grand entrances and dances, and MCing. We had 2-3 planning meetings with him via Zoom before the wedding, which were super helpful to get to know each other, ask questions, and share our music tastes and wishes. Fusion function also had an app where we could upload our songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, entrances, first dances, and reception to keep everything organized and give Sid a vibe for our music style. We cannot believe this was our WEDDING!!! & it wouldn't have been the same without Black Diamond Event Production! People are still messaging us to say this was the best wedding they've ever been to! Not only is this team so talented that it is almost out of this world, they are also good people. People you'd want sitting at your table, people you'd want in your corner, and people you will want to keep in touch with forever. DJ Tavo sent us our dinner and reception mixes as they played the night of our wedding almost immediately. Which means we can keep reliving this night!! It was such a sweet surprise. We will never forget this & will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. We will scream it from the top of Boston's Prudential Center (where our reception was) if we have to! “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. “Natural Arrangements was a recommended vendor from my wedding venue just outside Boston, and I'm so glad I went with them! As someone who's worked in the wedding industry, I wanted less traditional flowers and they really came through. I wasn't the most decisive person as far as decor, so with their questions and suggestions, they helped narrow things down and find the best option. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and I appreciate all their work. I only wish I got to enjoy the bouquets for longer and not leave town so soon after the wedding!”

I specialize in custom wedding cakes and party cakes! I'm 100% self-taught and have been decorating cakes since 2016! I have 2 kids and I love celebrating life's biggest events with cake is my passion!

“Lizzie made our wedding cake in 2022 and it was perfect! My husband is gluten free and we’ve tried many gf cakes before. Most are not great, some are ok and expensive. Lizzie’s is by far the best we have ever had and can’t even tell the difference from the regular! We received our cake tasting box as well as some macarons (we ordered some for my bridal shower after). We ended up doing a gf two tier cake with a bunch of gf and non gf mini cupcakes. The mini cupcakes were the perfect size for guests to grab and avoid the waste that sometimes happens with full size cupcakes. Plus guests can try multiple flavors! We had some gf guests who were blown away and other non gf guests complimented who had no idea the cake was even gf. We had vanilla with fresh strawberries and buttercream as well as lemon and blueberry with vanilla buttercream for our two layer cake. Cupcakes were various flavors: funfetti, red velvet, chocolate. We coordinated with the florist to have Lizzie add flowers. Delivery was perfect with no effort from myself on my wedding day. Lizzie also had a friend make our wedding topper. I will forever purchase cakes through Lizzie for events because she is that good. You know it’s good when it is added to your list of cravings from time to time. Lizzie was great to work with, responsive and genuine. I love supporting a local business, especially one with such heart. Lizzie even made us a miniature version of our cake for our one year anniversary, saving us the time and effort of freezing. It was so nice to have a fresh small version to celebrate with. Cannot recommend Lizzie enough.”
