We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Haylie with Heirloom Event Company was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and consistently thought of details we never would have considered on our own. Leading up to our November 2025 wedding, we met weekly, and Haylie made sure we had everything in place to create the wedding of our dreams. When my now wife suggested we get a wedding coordinator for our outdoor small wedding I wasn't sure we needed it, but our wedding day would not have been as magical as it was without Connie and Justine. They scheduled regular meetings with us leading up to the wedding to keep us on track. They were professional every step of the way. At first I was hesistant to hire a month of coordinator, I'm very organized and was loving the planning process so I wasn't sure it would be worth it. There are so many words to describe the love we gained for Jaylynn during our wedding planning process. I remember booking a phone call with her two days after getting engaged and then going on a 1.5-year wedding planning journey. She helped us hand-select all our vendor team, which made our day so seamless and special! In addition, I had so many questions due to a bridal party out of state, where Jaylynn answered everyone promptly, even the midnight ones!! I am superrr type A and very much a planner, but when I tell you that, you may think you can nail down every detail, but there is so much logistics that goes into a wedding. I know I'm going to sound like a broken record if you read all the reviews for TGT but they were hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I work in a field that requires coordinating large events and admittedly wondered if we realllly needed a coordinator and let me tell you we DID. Lauren and Haleigh were a dream to work with. They were spreadsheet masterminds - skilled at organizing my thoughts and ideas and dreams for the day and helping when we got closer to identify what the next step was. Do yourself and your family (and anyone who will be receiving the bulk of your phone calls and texts about wedding dets) a favor, and book TGT! Truly couldn't have done it without them!

Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! They are truly the best at what they do :) We could not be more grateful to them!

We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Crystal is calm, efficient, and super personable. We hired her in February ‘25 originally for an Oct ’25 wedding, then pushed it up to a July ’25 wedding. We basically planned an 80 person wedding within less than 6 months and absolutely would not have been able to do this without Crystal. It was a whirlwind and Crystal made things much easier by keeping us on track with tasks, giving us vendor recommendations, and helping research additional vendors when we wanted other catering options. She gives you to-do lists after your calls, has various tracking lists & checklists; it was SO easy to collaborate with her. From a logistics standpoint, our wedding involved a LOT of logistics. Two venues down the street from one another (the latter for the dance party), the main venue required a 'flip' (using the same space for ceremony as the reception), valet, shuttles, separate bar/catering at the 2nd venue... But all of this was executed flawlessly. A few notes- our catering vendor did catch an important rental that was left off of an ever-changing rental order. I am definitely more of a micro-manager/anxious type and that made me a bit nervous. I had the slightest doubt whether or not all these details would be executed on the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and the other day-of coordinator/assistant Kristen made sure we kept things on schedule and all goes went as smoothly as a live event goes. Crystal’s prowess came to life on the wedding day and she really took charge. There were a few mishaps but I think they were due to miscommunication; nothing that wasn’t fixed or detracted from the event! Overall, we were happy with the outcome and really appreciated Crystal’s efforts. We would recommend her!

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? How much does a wedding planner cost?

On average, a full-service wedding planner can cost between $3,000 and $10,000. It depends on where you live and where you’re getting married. Planners in areas with high costs of living, like New York City and San Francisco, may charge upwards of $20,000. If you’re having a destination wedding, consider using a planner local to the area—you’ll avoid paying extra for travel, accommodations, and meals. Day-of coordinators cost less. What do wedding planners do?
