“Madison photographed my destination wedding in Antigua in June of 2024 and I could not have asked for a better photographer! We had a unique request for only candid photos throughout our three nights of events (we wanted the only posed photos to be quick group shots with family and friends right after our ceremony). She was so excited by the idea and over-delivered on all our wishes. She captured so many candid moments of my husband and me, of us celebrating with our dearest friends and family, and special moments of our guests that we hadn't gotten to see. The photos came out so beautifully, it's hard to believe they were truly candid and unplanned. It was such a gift to have these memories preserved; going through our wedding albums was like re-living all three days because she captured us in the middle of the memories as we made them. She has such an incredible talent and ability to capture the essence of each person she photographs. The lighting and aesthetic of the photos was also exactly as I had hoped, and each stage of each event was captured beautifully so that it transports us right back. We also wanted Madison to be a part of our celebration, and every single guest who interacted with her had the most gushing, glowing things to say about how lovely she is. I heard from so many of our guests that they completely forgot she was taking photos - she was so non-intrusive when she was shooting, so she was able to capture actual candid moments without people even realizing she was doing it. “Cliona was SO helpful on our big day (5/31/25) as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding! She knew all the questions to ask our venue, catering, and other vendors. She joined our final calls with our venue to make sure we were all on the same page. She helped create a reasonable timeline and made sure we, and our vendors, stayed to it. She also solved any issue that came up on the day of and prioritized making sure we had a great time. She also made sure we had some moments of privacy to ourselves, which was amazing. Cliona was such a calming and reassuring presence throughout our wedding planning and on the day of. We truly can’t recommend her enough! Even when it was pouring rain, and the wind was blowing 30mph right before the ceremony, she had us calm, relaxed, and excited for our outdoor wedding. And she was right, the sun came out just in time! She had our guests and family organized perfectly for the ceremony and processional, so all my husband and I had to do was walk and take in the moment. At the end of the night Cliona and her team made sure all of our belongings, decor, flowers, cake, and gifts made it home, and my husband I were free to jump on the trolley to the afterparty with our friends. priceless!! From the moment we reached out, the staff, especially Alison and Taylor, were incredibly responsive and great listeners as we planned our special day. The venue itself is open, stunning water views, breath taking sunsets and beautifully appointed with fireplaces that created a warm and cozy atmosphere. We got married last month, January, and our guest could not stop telling us how much they loved the fireplaces and views. I chose this venue because of the fireplace, views, and chandeliers. I scheduled our ceremony during the sun set and it was more than I could have ever expected. The food was amazing, and the entire team worked efficiently to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. I did add the clam chowder and clam cakes to our cocktail hour and all the guests have raved about how good the clam cakes were! In my opinion they are better than Iggy’s. Yes, I said that! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our marriage. I highly recommend doing the ceremony and taking pictures during the sunset! We used her for all three and could not be happier - not only did we end up with the most incredible photos that we will cherish forever, but we gained such beautiful, fun, memories working with her that will always hold a special place in our hearts. Hedi is extremely talented at capturing your love and bond with ease, and she has such a warm, kind, and infectious energy that makes you feel comfortable from your first picture with her. As a reference - we had worked with another photographer before that did not have this touch, and the photos came out very stoic and awkward as a result. Over 1000 photos from Hedi later and not one awkward one - each one was so full of life and beauty that it instantly transports you back to the moment and makes you smile! Hedi has a warm and approachable demeanor, but she knows how to maintain authority amongst what can be crazy family dynamics, keep on track, and expertly adhere to deadlines, ensuring everything ran smoothly, which was especially important and crucial on our wedding day. Beyond her incredible photography talent, Hedi helped take on extra responsibilities that eased the burden on our bridal party, family, and planner. Everyone at our event loved her personality, enthusiasm, and complimented her amazing work ethic and professionalism. Hedi did absolutely everything in her power to make our day as special as possible, and we are so honored and grateful to have had her as our photographer. After the wedding, Hedi delivered sneak peals on just a couple of days, and our full gallery within 2 months. “I cannot say enough incredible things about Regatta Place. My (now) husband and I booked the venue without seeing it in person, as we live out of town. They worked around our schedules when visiting, and were extremely communicative throughout the process with us! It poured the entire weekend of our wedding, including the wedding day and they still made the place absolutely stunning. 2 weeks post wedding & Our guests even haven’t stopped telling us how amazing the staff and venue were! They made sure my husband and I were 100% taken care of 100% of the time throughout the night. They kept our food covered until we were ready to eat as it’s easy getting stopped by people greeting you. They made sure we had drinks as we needed them. We had our own space/bathroom to get away to when we needed a breather minute. The entire staff was friendly and again just I don’t know how to put into words how happy I am, and I’m especially grateful for Maggie!! Maggie coordinated EVERYTHING wedding related and even answered all the repetitive questions from family the day before. If I were able to go back knowing the outcome I would book regatta place a million times over again”

“My husband and I were married on 5/10/2025 and it was the greatest day of our lives and a big part of that was thanks to Joe and the Hudson Horns. Joe is easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We threw varying music tastes at him and requested to have him mix in Croatian music for our family and they knocked it out of the park. Joe truly has a gift. There was a perfect blend of music to keep people of all ages on the dance floor and it’s not the typical wedding music you’re used to. It was so refreshing to have a variety of different music rather than the same thing you hear at every wedding. From the time the dance floor opened, there was not a single person in their seats the whole time. Joe and the horns helped keep the energy high and everyone dancing. It’s been a month and we are still hearing from all of our guests about how good the music selection was and how they couldn’t get enough of the horns. Look no further and book Joe for your event- you won’t regret it. Also, highly recommend, getting the 4 piece horns to work alongside Joe. Separately Joe is fantastic and the horns are fantastic but together it is an experience like non-other.”

“The online planning forms made it easy to plan out our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We had several specific requests that DJ Rick was able to accommodate. We wanted classic rock for the majority of our cocktail hour and created a list of artists for Rick to work from which he played the perfect set. The music was a true reflection of us which is exactly what we wanted. We had a great time dancing the night away with our family and friends. The uplighting was beautiful and helped enhance our venue. The photo booth was worth every penny, our guests could not get enough of it! We would highly recommend Arpeggio if music is important to you! The entertainment can make or break your wedding and Arpeggio knocked it out of the park and we still have guests talking about how much fun they had at our wedding!”

Throughout my entire planning process, I could always count on her for a prompt response with answers to any questions I had or resolutions to any new requests and concerns I'd throw her way. Being able to have full trust in Rachel was really the greatest gift I could ask for. She made the process so stress-free and it's worth mentioning she's super sweet and a joy to be around! When I think back on my wedding, I'll always remember how helpful she was and how much that positively impacted the entire experience.
