“As an Entertainment Director/Event Manager myself, I’m blown away by Franklin. It was important for me to hire someone I could trust to handle the organization for my wedding day. After our first meeting with Franklin, I knew he understood what we wanted. I was thrilled to know he was available for our wedding, and I feel like we couldn’t have made a better choice. Before the wedding day, I was so relieved when Franklin came over to pick up all the decor. He even stopped by on the morning of the wedding to check on us and pick up any last-minute items. This alone really touched me because many people don’t go that extra mile, but Franklin does! I was seriously stressing about how to get those items delivered, and Franklin came right along and eased all that stress! He took our ideas and exceeded our expectations. We are Funko Pop collectors, so we wanted a fun way to incorporate them into our wedding decor, and he did it with ease. He surprised us several times throughout the event, and those memories are some of my favorite moments. When he revealed the reception dining room, which he had decorated for us, I was filled with chills. I couldn’t believe he took my simple idea and made it look so GRAND; it was next level. Then we walked over to the cookie and cake table, where I was seriously at a loss for words. I was blown away by the details he displayed in his decorating. It seemed like a scene from a movie. Before walking down the aisle, we learned that one of our food caterers was extremely late delivering the food and potentially wasn’t going to deliver it at all. Franklin was calm but still urgent in his demeanor, and I totally appreciated his proactive professionalism. Moments like these can really test any event coordinator's patience and could cause a domino effect. I don’t know exactly what happened or what he did, but all the food was there and ready to be served when it was time to eat. Our guests LOVED our wedding. They all mentioned how different and elevated our wedding was, and I’m 100% sure that had a lot to do with Franklin’s hard work. We wanted something unique, and he delivered. Overall, I’m truly grateful to have met Franklin and want to also shine some light on his assistant, Will. Both of their A, fun, efficacious attitudes just make everything better. I was able to kick back and watch my wedding day unfold beautifully. For those who work in events/entertainment, you know how hard it is to go to any event and not feel like you’re working, especially your own event (lol). Franklin is a star, and I’m sure he’s going to go far in the event business. He understands the importance of an event and how each event is personally unique. Most importantly, he takes the time to know and understand his clients.”

My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. They transitioned the layout of the rooms many times throughout the night - and even laid out our supplies to celebrate New Year’s! Chris and his team were always responsive and professional. “We could not have been happier with our decision to get married at Walden! From the moment we booked our date, the planning process was made seamless and actually enjoyable thanks to the incredible built-in planning team, Kalila and Ally. Having coordinators included in the cost of the venue was such a valuable bonus, and they truly made all the difference. Kalila and Ally were there with us every step of the way, staying on top of every detail for our 18-month engagement/wedding planning journey. They reached out to vendors, followed up on our behalf when needed, and offered spot-on recommendations that perfectly suited our vision and budget. Their guidance and expertise helped us make the best choices, and their input kept us calm and organized. On top of their professionalism, they were so down-to-earth and fun to work with, bringing energy and laughter to every planning session and making the entire experience even more memorable. One of the highlights was the collaborative online planning tool we had access to as part of booking Walden. It kept everything organized in one place, allowing us to easily stay in touch with our planners, track tasks, and manage finances and contracts. It was loaded with helpful resources, making planning a breeze. Walden provided us with much more than a beautiful venue. They gave us an incredible planning experience and an amazing team that felt like family by the time the wedding arrived. The entire wedding party and all the family members who were there the entire day of the wedding had nothing but amazing things to say too...they were all shocked at how much support we had throughout the entire day to the point where we did not have to lift a finger. And don't even get us started on the food and bar...we've never been complimented more in our lives. We were shocked at how insanely good the food and drinks were at our tasting party months before the wedding, but we were curious if it would live up to the hype on our actual wedding day where we had 216 guests. It might've been even better on our wedding day! Guests were raving about our food and drinks. We were told by nearly every guest that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding, bar none. We even had sober people come up to us and go on and on about how amazing even the mocktails were. The only thing we regret is being too excited and not having enough of an appetite to truly enjoy dinner as the bride and groom. But even so, our planning team made sure the servers packaged up our entrees so we could take them home a few days later when we came back to the venue to pick up our belongings. Honestly, there are a million other reasons why we'd recommend Walden for your wedding venue, but this is already getting to be too long of a review. Basically, if you’re looking for an all-inclusive venue where you’re genuinely taken care of every step of the way, we cannot recommend Walden highly enough! Thank you, Kalila and Ally, the entire bar/service staff, and truly just everyone at Walden for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more! P.S. - Make sure you get golden hour photos on the rooftop at Walden...we are soooo delighted with our photos from up there.”

“I cannot remember how exactly I found Glow Bridal Co, but I remember loving how understanding Tricia was when I did not respond right away due to being so overwhelmed with wedding planning. I was happy how willing she was to do another trial if I felt was needed (although i did not end up doing another one and I was happy with how i looked on my wedding day). I had a total of 5 people for makeup & 7 people for hair, not including myself. I do not remember the exact pricing, but I felt like they were reasonably price. The most important thing is I felt beautiful with my hair and makeup. The only thing I did not like was that Tricia and Paola left the hotel the day of my wedding without checking to see if I needed anything touched up one last time. My mom and I had stepped away for a few minutes, and, when we came back, they were gone. Thankfully, I did not realize this until after my wedding day, and I think i was fine, but i do think they should have checked with me before leaving. Overall, I am happy with the service I received & would recommend them for hair & makeup”

We got down pour rain and she was quick to have plans to take us to get beautiful pictures. From our first meeting with Chris we knew we were in good hands. He was able to effortlessly blend our wildly eclectic music tastes and hyper-specific cultural songs without batting an eye. He also smoothly MC'd the whole night. At least 50 of our guests have told us that he was the best wedding DJ they've ever had, so we know we are not biased!! His ability to read a crowd is unreal. The photobooth was also a huge hit. If you're considering it, DO IT, it was a perfect keepsake for guests. We cannot recommend highly enough Chris and Toast & Jam, our wedding was a certified banger.”

“I started communicating with Tom less than two months before our wedding date because I had a moment of panic and realized I would regret not having video at our wedding. I am so grateful that our weekend was one of the few weekends in June he was not booked. Tom was so easy to work with, and the shots that he got were amazing! My husband really wanted to prioritize photos over video, so we communicated that to Tom and he let our photographers take the lead on everything without getting in their way, but at the same time he didn’t miss any important shots. He also helped to capture the first look prank that I had pulled on my husband with his best man in a wedding dress, that was featured in the one minute teaser he sent us the day after the wedding. It. Was. Incredible. I didn’t actually get to see the prank because I had to hide for our actual first look, so I’m so glad Tom captured it on video it was just so funny. It also rained in the middle of our ceremony so we ended up getting married in a downpour, and the slow motion shots that Tom got of me and my husband kissing in the rain brought tears to my eyes. People always tell you that your wedding day will be a whirlwind and it’s over before you know it, but you don’t truly appreciate that until you’re in the moment. Then it’s midnight and it’s over and you wonder how the whole day just passed in the blink of an eye! We cannot wait to see the final edited video that Tom puts together for us. There was so much on the front end of things, people’s emotions, etc that I didn’t get to see as the bride walking down the aisle last. Deciding last minute to hire a videographer was one of the best decisions I made during this whole wedding planning process because now we have the opportunity to relive our wedding day! Tom also sent us all his raw video footage a week after the wedding and it has been so fun to basically enjoy our own wedding day from our guests’ perspective! I found Tom because he was the videographer at a friend’s wedding and she highly recommended him. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who is looking for a wedding videographer in the future!”
