Haylie with Heirloom Event Company was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and consistently thought of details we never would have considered on our own. Leading up to our November 2025 wedding, we met weekly, and Haylie made sure we had everything in place to create the wedding of our dreams. I had a clear vision of what I wanted our wedding day to look like, and Haylie went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was executed perfectly. There is truly no way we could have done this ourselves, especially during the week of and the day of the wedding. Haylie coordinated all of our vendors, set up the decor, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire day. As a bride, having that level of support made the experience so much calmer and more enjoyable. We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner!

Connie and Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinators were absolutely phenomenal during our wedding rehearsal and wedding day. They handled every little detail so that as the bride, I was able to focus on getting ready and enjoy my time with the guests. Both Connie and Justine are so sweet and have the calmest demeanors - with them by my side on my special day, I was not stressed at all. Any task or errand that I asked, they would accomplish it. They set up my entire wedding and really paid attention to detail with what I had envisioned. Connie and Justine even packed up my entire wedding at the end of the night and organized countless boxes and decorations. Prior to the wedding, they even went to pick up several desserts. No task was too big, and they handled the timeline throughout the day and any hectic situation they solved promptly and quickly. I would give them a 1000/10 as a review rating!

It's been a couple of weeks since my wedding and looking back at how smoothly and perfectly it went, it’s in large part thanks to Ruban Bleu! To say they helped with our wedding is an understatement, they were amazing every step of the way. From helping find vendors, to the efficient email communications, their perfect advice, and truly handling any of all of my changes/questions/wishes, ruban bleu handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Any stress I ever felt, they always had a solution and took the stressful load off of me which was such a gift in itself. I loved how personal it felt to work with them. I could go on and on about why you need to hire Ruban Bleu as your wedding coordinator, but if you're looking for a short answer, DO IT! Seriously, you won’t regret it, It's 100% worth every penny.

Jaylynn went above and beyond for us! While we had selected the key vendors early on we hired her about half way through planning to finish up all the details, set the timeline and then be the woman in charge that weekend. She went above and beyond for us, always available, worked closely with our florist to make all the details exceptional! She was there throughout the weekend to make sure nothing went wrong. She stayed late and cleaned up getting us all our items back at the cabin. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Lizzie jumped in as our wedding planner midway through the planning process and didn’t miss a beat! She made every part of the process so seamless. She really took the time to get to know us and our style/preferences and recommended vendors that fit our needs perfectly. Every request was met with a positive attitude and a willingness to make anything work. It was so nice to have a roadmap and to be able to focus on the big picture, knowing that all of the little details were being taken care of. The day of our wedding was totally stress-free and executed perfectly so that we were able to enjoy our time with loved ones. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney. She made not just our day, but last few months of planning not only stress free, but FUN! Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! They are truly the best at what they do :) We could not be more grateful to them!

My planners knew my vibe so well they could’ve read my mind. Every vendor they brought in matched the aesthetic perfectly. If you want a team who listens, understands, and delivers—these are your people. On top of that, I’m so grateful for all of Delaney and Demi’s hard work. TL;DR: If you're questioning a wedding planner. You found your person in Shelby. She will be your teammate and advocate. Let me start by saying 5 stars is not enough for Shelby. What she was able to do over the course of a few months and the day of our wedding, and even after, is no short than a miracle. My aunt said it best, "She was just meant to do this job", and it shines through every conversation, detail, and edge she was able to walk me back from. I contacted Shelby originally for a month of coordinator. Soon after, I realized even for a type A project manager, I was in over my head planning an Alabama wedding from Philadelphia, PA. She walked me through everything and that's when I said I need her on my team and I need her skills now for everything between today and the wedding day. The best decision I made through the process (debatably even more so than saying yes to my husband) was hiring Shelby. She made the transition from what I prepped and thought I had under control to the most magical day I could imagine. I hired her about 5 months before the wedding. She always made me a priority no matter the occasion or time. I genuinely had the best wedding planner and gained a friend along the way. I am not exaggerating when I say, I could not have done this without her.

Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Crystal is calm, efficient, and super personable. We hired her in February ‘25 originally for an Oct ’25 wedding, then pushed it up to a July ’25 wedding. We basically planned an 80 person wedding within less than 6 months and absolutely would not have been able to do this without Crystal. It was a whirlwind and Crystal made things much easier by keeping us on track with tasks, giving us vendor recommendations, and helping research additional vendors when we wanted other catering options. She gives you to-do lists after your calls, has various tracking lists & checklists; it was SO easy to collaborate with her. From a logistics standpoint, our wedding involved a LOT of logistics. Two venues down the street from one another (the latter for the dance party), the main venue required a 'flip' (using the same space for ceremony as the reception), valet, shuttles, separate bar/catering at the 2nd venue... But all of this was executed flawlessly. A few notes- our catering vendor did catch an important rental that was left off of an ever-changing rental order. I am definitely more of a micro-manager/anxious type and that made me a bit nervous. I had the slightest doubt whether or not all these details would be executed on the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and the other day-of coordinator/assistant Kristen made sure we kept things on schedule and all goes went as smoothly as a live event goes. Crystal’s prowess came to life on the wedding day and she really took charge. There were a few mishaps but I think they were due to miscommunication; nothing that wasn’t fixed or detracted from the event! Overall, we were happy with the outcome and really appreciated Crystal’s efforts. We would recommend her!

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. If I could give Kaci 6/5 stars, I would! She was hands down the best and most important person we hired for our wedding. Our wedding was not an easy one - multiple venues, lots of cost-cutting measures that meant we did a lot ourselves, etc. - and Kaci handled it all with such calm professionalism! She also met with us several times leading up to the wedding day and was willing to be on-site day-of for as long as we needed at no additional cost. She coordinated with all of vendors leading up to and on the day itself, making what could have been an extremely stressful day very stress free! We’ve had lots of comments since the wedding about how smooth everything went and it’s largely in part to the amazing work Kaci did. I seriously cannot recommend a better coordinator! How much does a wedding planner cost?

On average, a full-service wedding planner can cost between $3,000 and $10,000. It depends on where you live and where you’re getting married. Planners in areas with high costs of living, like New York City and San Francisco, may charge upwards of $20,000. What do wedding planners do?

At the bare minimum, you need someone (hired or delegated) to help manage the event day-of so you will be able to enjoy yourselves without worrying about too many logistics. If you decide to enlist a friend or family member to take on this role, keep in mind that this person will need to prioritize your needs over their own, and will no longer be attending or enjoying the wedding simply as a guest.
