“Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about the make up it was perfect, I loved the make up and hair it made me feel like a Barbie. I did the trial first, which I do recommend it, because we changed a few things from it for the wedding and that just made it exactly what I wanted. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars it’s because of her not being based in Phoenix so it makes it less flexible. I asked her like 5 months before the wedding if she could remove just the hair of one of my bridesmaids because she got pregnant and wasn’t coming, and she said no because of the travel she already was counting with that money which I understood. Then for the trial, I got my date (which is hard to request specific dates with my work schedule ) and she canceled last minute ( in her favor it was a really good reason). Then I tried to book it the next month like we talked about and she had another issue and couldn’t travel to do it, so we didn’t have the trial until a few weeks before the wedding, which was okay but I just feel like I was being very flexible to someone that was not being flexible to me at all. And even though she said she doesn’t charge for travel fees, she did charge me 260 for the drive to one area in Phoenix to the venue, which I think it’s a little high (but I’ve never done this before so it might be normal). And my last complain is she told me she was going to give me a touch up kit for the wedding, and when I asked for it she gave me a used lipstick and some setting powder with no brush or sponge or anything, that did not help at all to retouch my make up after some tears. She probably just ran out of them. But like I said at the beginning I have zero complains about the actual make up and hair, it was perfect I do recommend her a lot if you live in LA, if you are out of her area just keep in mind there won’t be a lot of flexibility. (I put pictures of the wedding and trial )”

“LE Glam Team did the makeup for me, my sister, my mother, and my mother in law for my wedding in July, and they did a fantastic job. “I had a hair and makeup trial with Heather about 3 months before my wedding. I felt so gorgeous, and my fiancé and I went out that night. The hair and makeup held up great, and even looked better as the night went on. Heather and I had such a fun time, and I knew she would be my artist for the big day. The day of the wedding, six of us had to get ready - myself, 3 bridesmaids, my mother, and mother-in-law. Heather brought her business partner Crystal, and the eight of us had the best time ever. We chatted, listened to music, and had a blast the whole day. Heather and Crystal were both so fun, down-to-earth, and really made it feel like you were talking to a bestie. Besides marrying the love of my life (obviously), the part that I was most excited about was getting ready with my girls. The Shade and Strand team gave us exactly the experience that I was looking for, and made all six of us look absolutely stunning. “I did my trials for hair and makeup a few weeks before my wedding. They texted me a few hours later to see how everything held up and what I wanted to change. On the day of my wedding the helped me deal with the awful news that my venue would not be staffed for my wedding. They helped me get my mind off of all that and focus on my friends and the hair/makeup. We made the changes I wanted and I genuinely have never felt so beautiful in my life. My bridesmaids looked incredible as well. Were all different ethnicities, skin tones and hair textures and all looked amazing. They were efficient in our timeline so much so that we finished nice and early which allowed me to take a breather with all the things going on with my venue. The make up and hair held through tears, sweat, outfit changes, and head banging on the dance floor. I can’t thank them enough for making my wedding day the best it could be!”

“I could not be happier with my experience with Palla Beauty. Nicole was so easy to work with from my first inquiry through the wedding. I wanted to embrace my natural curls for my wedding so it was important to me to find someone I could trust to handle curly hair. Nicole made me feel at ease (she has naturally curly hair) and at my trial I knew I made the right decision. She even emailed me ideas to help get closer to my hair vision in the time between my trial and wedding. She also specializes in natural glam which is exactly what I wanted- to look like myself, but enhanced. We also had the best time getting ready, chatting about everything and anything while listening to some throwbacks which everyone enjoyed and participated in singing along. And last but no least, MY EXPERIENCE with my hair and makeup as the BRIDE. From one bride to a bride-to-be, I would say selecting your beauty vendor is one of the most important vendors for your wedding day because they set the tone for the rest of your day. You have to LOVE and ALIGN with the artists to your own personal style and vision of how you want to look on your big day because when you look back at your videos and photos you want to say “WOW, I FELT BEAUTIFUL!”. And Barbie did just that! As an Asian American not only did I want to look like myself but enhanced, I wanted to make sure I had an artist that understood Asian features and knew how to apply makeup to compliment those features. She exceeded my expectations, Barbie is well versed in the techniques in makeup applications for Asian and non-Asian faces and she will make you look so radiant on your day. And for my hair, Natali is so talented and executed any photos or inspiration I had for a timeless look for a classic bun and she perfectly replicate my vision flawlessly!
