The Jiddi Space & Courtyard, part of Raleigh's Helig-Levine Complex, comprises four historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s. Originally a furniture and dry goods store, the space evolved into a stockroom for Heilig-Levine Furniture Store. Restored by Empire Properties in 2005, it now serves as an event venue managed by neighboring restaurants Sitti and Gravy. Hosting parties, weddings, and events, it retains its historic charm with market lights and a rich heritage spanning nearly 150 years.

This a working family-owned farm. All of the wooden structures have been built with wood off this land. We also have a pick-your-own blueberry operation in June and July. We currently have an country setting venue just miles from downtown Raleigh.

Located just on the edge of Downtown Raleigh at 827 West Morgan Street near NC State and Glenwood Avenue. Trophy Brewing & Pizza can accommodate a variety of private events from rehearsal dinners and baby showers to networking events and company parties, suited for groups of 10-60 seated and up to 100 standing. This is our original Trophy Brewing Company location that housed our first brewing program. After several years of continued growth we began renovations in 2019, adding more dining space to allow large groups to join us in their celebrations, expand the kitchen, and create the foeder room to launch our wild and sour beer program.

The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the Historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.
