“From the moment I said yes, I knew florals would be the highlight of decor for our wedding day. Flowers hold such sentimental value for me because I’d spend my springs planting hundreds of annuals with my baba: zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, marigolds, begonias, etc. Going to my grandparents house was like going to a magical flower garden, and I wanted to recreate that feeling for our guests. After seeing Misha’s previous floral designs, I knew she would be able to bring what I had in mind to life; she did that and then some. The florals she lined my aisle with were exactly what I pictured: lush, whimsical, fun and filled with purples, oranges and greens. Those florals were then repurposed as centerpieces in the main reception tent and somehow became even more mystical underneath that lighting. On our way to the tent, we were amazed at the flowers on the seating chart wall. Dahlias and snapdragons, two of my absolute favorites… in colors that left me feeling the moody, romantic vibe I wanted and had described in design meetings with Misha leading up to the day. The flowers that adorned the tent’s entrance and up the poles created the most magical atmosphere. Sitting at our sweetheart table, we were surrounded by more florals that were repurposed from the ceremony; this time I believe from the gazebo, one of the most sentimental pieces of the day. They break down the process and steps, making it super easy, almost to the point that it doesn’t feel real. To start, you meet with a floral consultant where you talk through your wedding details, the vibe you’re going for, the general needs, etc. Then they walk you through a list of various wedding floral options: bouquets, table arrangements, signage florals, ceremony florals, etc., and you start to narrow down what you want. In each section, they have a grouping of photos, and you can either select something from that or ask for more options. You can also tweak what they have shown (I picked florals that had eucalyptus in them and requested everything be switched to ruscus). After that, you have a while to go back in and adjust until a deadline, but they accommodated some last-minute adds I had as well. “I used Heather for our chuppah rental for my wedding at Windham Manor. I saw her brown bark chuppah on Instagram and immediately knew I had to have it. Heather was amazing to work with and the result was absolutely stunning! I am so in love with how it turned out. She even helped me customize the wooden platform from another one of her rentals to work with our chuppah and give me the exact vision I wanted. She was also super flexible. I was slow to decide which location at the venue I wanted the ceremony at and she did not rush me at all. I ended up wanting the ceremony on the grass and the venue said the chuppah would have to be taken down the same night if we were to be allowed to do this. Of course Heather said this would be no problem at all and was immediately willing to stay and do this for us. They day of our wedding ended up being a bit crazy with on and off rain but Heather was totally calm and go with the flow while the planner worked on making the rain decision. She also attached a family tallis to the top of the chuppah and it stayed perfectly, despite the not ideal weather conditions. Highly recommend working with Heather!!!”

Laura took everything me and my partner asked for and ran with it. Florals were a very big piece of our wedding and I really feel like we asked the perfect person to bring them to life.
