The Rustic Barn Venue was established in 2017 and has been the home of weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays and many other events ever since. Our unique venue boasts an event center "show barn" built in the 1940's for indoor receptions, ready rooms atop a converted corn crib, outdoor ceremony seating with pergola, grain bin bar and beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.

I am a professional violinist and fiddler available to perform within the Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin tri-state area. (Note: my travel radius is within approximately a 60-minute drive of the tri-state.) A classically trained violinist for 30+ years, I play professionally in several area symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles and perform solo for special events. I have also played the Hardanger fiddle, Norway's national folk instrument, for 15+ years and am available to perform, demonstrate, and lecture about this unique instrument.
