“Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Thanks to Autumns expertise and positive attitude, along with her assistance, Nikki and Allie, our wedding ended up being more spectacular than we ever could have imagined. “Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful in the planning process (we got a day-of-coordinator package but met with her a couple times beforehand to review details). “Historic Venue 1902 is truly breathtaking—one of those places that feels special the moment you arrive. We dreamed of a springtime outdoor ceremony, and our biggest concern was always the “what if it rains?” question. What set this venue apart was the peace of mind they offered: a well-thought-out rain backup plan and the flexibility to make a weather call close to the day, so we never felt like we were gambling with our wedding. Plus, they offered the ability to incorporate our dogs into our ceremony, which was so critical to us! While this is definitely a higher-end venue, the experience and relationships they bring to the table made it worth it for us. Having access to their planning team—and their deep knowledge of trusted local vendors—was invaluable. They also hosted multiple vendor fairs during our planning window, which helped us so much because we could meet vendors, see options in person, and feel confident about the choices we were making. My only suggestion is to share a little more upfront about potential add-on costs that can come up along the way. We had a few items we assumed were included—like certain décor setup details and the front school sign customization—and those unexpected expenses were a surprise. Even so, we were already in love with the vision we’d created and didn’t want to skip the meaningful details that made the day feel like “us.” It wouldn’t have changed our decision to book Historic Venue 1902, but clearer expectations would have made the planning journey even smoother. Overall, we’re incredibly grateful for this venue and the team behind it—and we’ll always look back on our day there with so much joy.”

During the planning process, he has an app for couples to use which has everything to help the day run smoothly and to help curate the vibes for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor. He is also quick to respond and helpful for any questions you have throughout the entire planning process, and during planning meetings, he goes over both big picture ideas and small details you wouldn’t have considered to make the day flow well. On the day of the wedding, he had perfect transitions during ceremony music, and he edits songs with seamlessly when needed. As an MC, he was so engaging with guests, he made the order of events flow without us having to think or worry about anything, and he brought the energy to another level. The dance floor was a huge highlight of the night for us and for all of our guests—two months out from our wedding day, we still have friends and family compliment how energetic and fun the dance floor was compared to other weddings they have been to. He truly knows how to read the crowd and tailor the setlist to match the energy of the couple and guests. If we had to redo our wedding day a thousand times, we would pick Danny every single time. He’s the best in the business, and we would recommend him to anyone getting married who wants a personalized, flawless, professional DJ experience.
