“We were so lucky to book this venue for our wedding on 08/30/25 — it truly made our dream come true. You can immediately tell that this is a well-run, professional, and caring venue. During our initial tour at WBL, Codi was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable. We fell in love with the venue right away. Here’s a breakdown of the highlights we think you’ll love when considering this venue: View: The view is what sealed the deal for us. The outdoor ceremony space is absolutely breathtaking. They even have “alcoholic llamas” (our nickname for them!) that carry beverages on their backs. We had them during our cocktail hour, and our guests LOVED it. Cost: The venue includes catering and several beverage package options. The pricing is reasonable and not overly expensive for this area, especially considering everything that’s included. Food: Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food — it was delicious! We even had them incorporate local wild mushrooms into our menu, which was such a special touch. Location: Our guests stayed in Estes Park, and we arranged a shuttle service to and from the lodge. It made transportation easy and convenient for everyone. Amenities: The venue recently underwent renovations, and everything looks beautiful. My hair and makeup artists, photographer, and videographer all commented on how stunning the bridal suite was. There are two adjoining rooms — one with plenty of vanity mirrors and another with private curtained sections for changing. Coordinator: Now for the best part — the coordination team! Lauren was our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely AMAZING. She stayed on top of every detail throughout the planning process and took such great care of us on our wedding day. She always responded promptly to my (many!) emails and was incredibly helpful and kind. On the big day, Lauren handled everything — setting up décor, keeping the timeline on track, coordinating with vendors, checking in with our families, and even making sure we were fed whenever possible. I have no idea how she managed it all while still smiling the entire time! The entire WBL team was fantastic — well-coordinated, attentive, and professional. Because of them, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our day without any stress. We are so thankful to WBL for giving us such a seamless, magical wedding experience. “We loved working with DJ Goodie throughout the entire planning process. He was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning and we knew after our first conversion he'd be able to get the party going. It really made a difference that he took the time to learn about the flow of the wedding and our musical preferences. On the wedding day, he made sure everything was ready before our guests arrived by coming early to set things up. He even had backup music ready in case the musicians had to cancel due to inclement weather. He even mic'd our officiant for the ceremony. The music choice for the reception flowed naturally from our wedding through cocktail hour and into the evening. He supplied excellent uplighting, which really improved the dance party's ambiance. DJ Goodie is the best option if you are searching for a DJ who is not just energetic but also really committed to making your wedding one to remember. We appreciate you making our day so memorable!”

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for curating such an incredible day for us. You worked to bring our vision to life. The food and cake were 10/10, delicious. (Yes, they even made the cake!) We had 50 guests at our August, Saturday, daytime wedding. I was so grateful for the transparency Flagstaff House provided with costs associated with the wedding. There were no surprise fees added onto the bill. Everything was such a dream when it came to our venue choice. If you are having a smaller guest count like us (or more than 50) you don't have to look any further. There is not a single bad word I could say. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!”

“My husband and I just got married at The Simon in September, and if we could give the experience more than 5 stars we would The Simon truly stuns as a venue and you need very little decor to make the space feel classy, warm, bright, and beautiful because the venue speaks for itself. Having an end of September wedding, an indoor venue was very important to me because I didn’t want to worry about potential weather disruptions. It’s located right on Main Street in downtown Louisville, which is an extremely quaint part of town with lots of great photography locations. A big selling point at The Simon is their inventory of decor you can rent completely for free for your big day. I can’t put into words how many guests were impressed by the venue. The compliments are still flowing in several weeks later. The bridal suite is large, stunning, and full of bright, natural light. The speakeasy in the basement is moody, intimate and perfect for photos. The ceremony space has huge windows that make the space feel open and bold, and the reception on the ground floor is perfect for festivities, especially if the weather is nice enough to open the garage doors. The wraparound balcony on the second floor is a great vibe for separating cocktail hour from both the ceremony and reception space and holds plenty of guests comfortably. The owner of the venue, Caitlyn, has it together at all times. It is the primary reason we chose The Simon over other venues. I always had my emails answered within 1-2 business days, she was able to source vegan wine for me from her wholesaler, she was able to track down other vendors for me when they weren’t as responsive, etc. She knows it all and does it all with grace and misses no details. I chose to hire my day of coordinator through the venue (Caylynn) and she was great to work with as well. She was thorough and communicative, showed up to meetings on time, and remembered details. She took charge and set up my decor perfectly, asked very few questions, and I knew I was in completely capable hands working with her. Her and Logan (facilities manager) working together really made the day go so smoothly. Overall we are so happy with our choice to host our wedding here. Our guests were totally wowed by how beautiful every space in the building is, and the staff at the Simon really makes it what it is. If you want a wedding that is smooth, easy, and naturally beautiful, look no further.”

Boulder Museum Of Contemporary Art

“We loved having our wedding at BMoCA!!! As soon as we toured it I knew it was the right venue for us. The upstairs event space was perfect (we had 65 guests but it is spacious enough for a larger wedding), the brick walls, natural light, hanging lights, wood floors all make it a beautiful backdrop. We loved being able to have cocktail hour downstairs so people could walk through the exhibit, it was very unique and fun. Jess was great to work with and answered all of our questions! Everything ran super smoothly the day of. Also, incredible location if you want to go out in Boulder afterwards! The one minor complaint I have is that you are restricted to using one catering company, Three Leaf. I would recommend looking into that before choosing this venue because they are a little pricey (we didn’t realize their prices in the brochure didn’t include staffing and other costs, which adds a lot. Which is on us, but we had never hired a caterer before so…didn’t know!). Also, it was difficult to get a response from them in the early stages of planning when we had questions. BUT 3 Leaf did a great job at the wedding, the food and service were really great, and Lily worked with us on lowering the costs to fit in our budget. So it all worked out! We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend having your wedding at BMoCA!”

“Megan was absolutely amazing! My mom had such a wild vision for the florals, as she said it was the most important part of the wedding, and Megan made it all come to life. Everything about the flowers were gorgeous! She was patient with my mom and listening to her vision and was very helpful in communicating with me near the day of the wedding. After my wedding, I also wanted to donate the flowers to a nursing home. Megan ended up finding some and donating them for me! She was truly great throughout the whole process and my wedding was so gorgeous because of her. I would 100% recommend!!!”

“The St Vrain is such a beautiful venue with intentionally decorated spaces. Mark and Annie were wonderful to work with and very communicative. We got married in April and unfortunately were unlucky with the weather, however, we didn’t have to worry much since the St Vrain is primarily indoors, spacious and was easily able to accommodate our 120 guests. Some of their recommended vendors were out of our price range so we had to do a little additional research to find the right vendors for us. Overall, we are extremely glad we chose the St Vrain.”

“Prior to seeing Lionscrest in person, my top choice was a different venue. After seeing Lionscrest nothing else compared and we looked at 20 venues. It is well maintained, kept up. Lionscrest was so easy to work with, helped develop timelines, includes dishes and linens. The mountain view is amazing. Guest raved about the venue. Staff helped me set up and get ready for the wedding, communication was super easy. We did the venue only option so I could pick catering. It is a family business so no need to worry about turnover of contact staff. Lionscrest goes with the brides vision and keeps the bride in mind. Every wedding is custom to the bride's wishes, it is not cookie cutter! This is the best venue in Colorado and staff are wedding experts. I encourage everyone to look at it, as you will fall in love and this will be the best choice for your wedding. I cant say enough about how amazing Lionscrest is.”
